BBQ Keema


Ingredients

Mince 1 kg
Salt to taste
Red chili 1 tbsp
All spice powder ½ tsp
Kabab chini ¼ tsp
Pipli powder (long pepper)¼ tsp
Raw papaya 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Tomato 2
Green chilli 4-6
Onion 1 (fried, grinded)
Oil ½ cup
Fresh coriander for garnishing
Green chili for garnishing

Cooking Method

Add all the ingredients in mince and marinate for 2 hours.
In a pan pour oil and add mince in it cook till the water dries.
Fry it and give smoke.
Serve with naan or paratha and salad.
