Mirch Bharay Pakoray


Ingredients:

Green Chilies (big) 8
Mint Leaves (finely chopped) 1 bunch
Coriander Leaves (finely chopped) 1 bunch
Egg 1
Chicken Cube 1
Chickpea Flour 1 cup
Tamarind Pulp ½ cup
Yogurt 1 tsp
Button Red Chilies (crushed) 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds ½ tbsp
Oil as required
Salt to taste

Cooking Method:

Take 1 cup chickpea in a bowl, add 1 egg, salt, chicken cube and 1 tsp yogurt. Mix well, pour some luke warm water and make a thick paste.
Now grind 1 bunch coriander leaves, ½ tbsp cumin seeds and 1 bunch mint leaves in a chopper.
Add in salt and ½ cup tamarind pulp. Mix well
Make a vertical stroke on each green chili with a knife and fill this ground. green chutney in it.
Dip these filled green chilies in the chickpea mixture and fry in hot oil
