Potato and Mushrooms Cutlets


Ingredients:

Boiled potatoes ½ kg
Chopped mushrooms 1 tin
Chopped green coriander 1bunch
Bread crumbs 1 packet
Beaten eggs 2
Lemons 2
Chopped green chilies 6
Crushed red chilies 8
Crushed black pepper ½ tbsp
Cornflour 2 tbsp
Oil to fry
Salt to taste

Cooking Method:

Wash the potatoes and boil them. Mash it with the fork. Add in salt, ½ tbsp crushed black pepper, 2 tbsp cornflour, chopped green chilies, fresh red chilies, 1 bunch chopped green chilies and 2 lemon juice. Grease your hands, make cutlets and dip them in egg and coat it with bread crumbs. Fry them in frying pan, till they are golden brown. Take them out and serve them with tomato ketchup.
