Aalu Bhujia



Ingredients:

Potatoes (boiled) 4
Oil ¼ cup
Garlic 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Onion Seeds 1 tsp
Mustard Seeds 1 tsp
Curry Leaves few

Cooking Method:

Cut potatoes in small squares and boil and keep aside.
Heat oil; add mustard seeds,onion seeds, garlic and little water.
Then add dry spices.
Fry well add potatoes curry leaves, 1 cup water, cover and cook then slightly mash potatoes serve garnished with coriander and green chilies.
