Mix Fried Lentils


Ingredients

Mix lentils 300 gm (red lentil, yellow lentil, pigeon peas)
Onion 1
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Cumin powder ½ tsp
Onion, ginger, garlic, cumin and chili 1 tsp (mix these all five spice)
Tomato 2
Ginger 1 tsp (chopped)
Chili powder ½ tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Green chili 1 (chopped)

Cooking Method

Take all mix lentils (red, yellow and pigeon) in same quantity.
Soak these lentils in water for 4 hours.
Then add turmeric in little water and cook in pressure cooker for 10 minutes.
Open cooker and add onion, tomatoes, ginger, chili powder and boil for 5 to 6 minutes.
Add five spices (onion, ginger, garlic, cumin, chili) in skillet and dry roast it.
When it start to change color then add this mixture on lentils and cook for 5 minutes.
Take it away from stove and cover it with lid.
Mix fried lentil is ready to serve.
