Chocolate Brownies



Ingredients

1. 200gms Cooking Chocolate
2. 50gms Butter
3. 3 Eggs
4. A pinch of Salt
5. 100gms Powdered Sugar
6. 75gms Flour (Maida)
7. 1 tsp Baking Powder
8. 100ml Heavy Cream (Tetra Pack)
9. Walnuts or Crushed pistachio

Cooking Method

Melt 200gms of cooking chocolate with 50gms butter by steaming method.
In a new and separate bowl beat 3 eggs until foamy, for about 7-8 minutes.
Add a pinch of salt while beating the eggs.
Than add to the eggs, 100gms of powdered sugar and beat well.
In a separate bowl, mix 75gms Maida and 1tsp Baking powder together.
Remove the chocolate from steam, once its melted.
Let it cool a little while and than add to it 100ml cream, stir gently until mixed.
Add the chocolate cream mixture to beaten eggs and beat well.
Slowly and gently add flour (Maida) to the egg mixture and beat for just 2-3 minutes. 10.
Add in the end, crushed walnuts or pistachios, as required.
Mix gently with spoon. 12.
Greece pan with butter and place in preheated oven at 170 degrees for about 35-40 minutes
Cut into small square pieces and serve with vanilla ice cream for your guests.
