Corn and Bean Salad



Ingredients

For Salad:

White Kidney Beans 200 gm
Red Kidney Beans 100 gm
Green Beans 100 gm (boiled)
Sweet Corn ½ cup
Potatoes 1 (boiled)
Carrot 1 (finely chopped)
Mix Fruits (chunks)
Cooking soda 1 tbsp

For Cream Sauce:

Cream ½ cup
Mayonnaise ½ cup
Sugar 1 tsp
White Pepper Powder ½ tsp
Salt to taste

Cooking Method

For Cream Sauce: Take cream, mayonnaise, sugar, white pepper powder and salt mix it well. Keep aside.
For Salad: Soak white kidney beans and red kidney beans in water with cooking soda.
Boil red beans and white beans in separate pans until soft, discard the water.
Now take a mixing bowl add boiled beans (red and white), green beans, sweet corns, potato, carrot, and fruits. Mix it well.
At last take it out in a salad bowl and pour the sauce on the top of it and serve it.
