Tandoori Cutlets


Ingredients

Tandoori chicken 1/2 cup
Green chili 1-1/2
Tara garam masala 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Potato boiled peeled and grated 3
Flour 1 bowl
Egg 1+2 tsp water
Oil 3-4 tbsp

Cooking Method

Put chicken, garam masala, salt, vinegar and green chili in food processor and process to mix.
Take out in a mixing bowl and add grated potatoes and mix well
Beat egg with 2 tsp of water
Make shape of cutlet and roll into flour dip in to egg and fry on pan.
