Chili Chicken Bites

Chili Chicken Bites

Ingredients:

Green Chilies 8-10
Boneless Chicken 250 grams
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Perry Sauce 1-2 tbsp
Mayonnaise ½ cup
Mozzarella Cheese ½ cup
Milk 2 cups
Crushed Black Pepper 1 tsp
Egg ( Whites) 1-2
All Purpose Flour 1 cup
Bread Crumbs as required
Oil as required
Salt to taste

Cooking Method:

Take a 8-10 green chilies cut into the middle. Take a cooking pan add as required oil add 1 tbsp of ginger garlic, 250 grams of boneless chicken cut into strips and fry then add 1-2 tbsp of Perry sauce mix it well, then take it out and set aside. On a mean while take another cooking pan add ½ cup of mozzarella cheese, 1 cup of milk cook until the cheese is properly mixed then take it out add ½ cup of mayonnaise mix it well and set aside. Take 1-2 egg whites and beat it. Take as required bread crumbs spread the bread crumbs and take 1 cup of all purpose add to taste salt, 1 tsp of crushed black pepper mix it well. Now take 8-10 green chilies cut into middle now fill the chicken mixture and cheese mixture on the top of it now coat the green chilies into eggs , bread crumbs, all purpose flour and rest of milk repeat the procedure 2-3 three times. Now heat the oil in a deep wok and fry the coated green chilies, take it out into tissue paper or kitchen towel when all the access oil is absorbed take it out in a serving platter and garnish with vegetables and serve it.
