Lahori Chana Chaat


Ingredients:

Chickpea 250 gm (boiled)
Potatoes 1 cup (boiled, chopped into cubes)
Green chilies 4 (finely chopped)
Onion ½ cup (finely chopped)
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Cumin 1 tbsp (roasted and crushed)
Chili powder 1 tsp
Red pepper 1 tsp (crushed)
Chat masala 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Tomato 1 (finely chopped in cubes seeds removed)
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Tamarind chatni ½ cup (prepared)
Papri 1 cup (crushed)

Cooking Method:

Add chickpeas, potato, green chili, onion, lemon juice, sugar, cumin, chili powder, red pepper, chat masala, salt, tomato and fresh coriander in a bowl and mix well.
Serve garnish with fresh coriander, tamarind chatni and papri.
