Watermelon Dessert


Ingredients:

Watermelon    1kg
Red Drink     ½ cup
Fresh Cream   1 packet
Cream Cheese  1 cup
Caster Sugar  4 tbsp
Green Jelly   1 packet
Chopped Pistachios   2 tbsp

Cooking Method:

Cook 1 packet green jelly and cool it and make small pieces.
Now mix 1 cup cream cheese, 1 packet fresh cream and 4 tbsp caster sugar. Take out water melon seeds and do small pieces. Put the beated cream in serving bowl or glass. Put jelly pieces on the watermelon. Pour ½ cup red drink on it and in the end add 2 tbsp chopped pistachios and serve.
