Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups of flour
1/2 a cup of semolina
1 Cup of ghee
1 Cup of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
A pinch of salt
4 tablespoons of milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
Egg (scrambled) a number
Pistachio (crushed) as required
3 almonds
Cherries as needed
Jam as required
Method:
Soak the semolina in water and strain it. Mix the flour, semolina, baking powder, sugar and salt.
Then add vanilla essence and ghee little by little. Add enough ghee to mix everything.
Now add milk and mix so that it becomes soft. At the same time, make balls with light hands and flatten them.
Now grease the baking tray and place the biscuits in it at short intervals as they are about to swell.
Carefully place the eggs on the biscuits and garnish with almonds.
Place the jam like a drop in the middle of the bread.
Squeeze the cherries a little in the middle of each pan. Garnish with pistachios. After garnishing, bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes and start cooling.
