Hash Brown Potatoes

Hash Brown

 Ingredients:
1/2 Kg Potatoes
Two to three cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon crushed black pepper
1 teaspoon Parsley 
1 tablespoons margarine or butter
Salt to taste
Cooking oil as required

Method:
Peel a squash, grate it and boil it in boiling water for 10 to 12 minutes.
Put margarine or butter in 2 bowls. Add salt, pepper, crushed garlic cloves and parsley and mix.
Add mashed potatoes and mix well.
Put cooking oil in a baking pan or pizza pan, squeeze the mixture well and bake in a preheated oven at 180 C.
In ten to twelve minutes, when the bottom is golden, burn the grill from the top to make the potato mixture golden.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parcels and, if desired, a little inhaled material.
Start with a chili garlic sauce at breakfast or evening tea.

Berberian Omelet


Ingredients:

Boneless Chicken (Slice) 250 grams
Eggs 4-5
Chopped Tomatoes 1-2
Finely Chopped Spring Onion 1-2 strands
Chopped Big Green Chilies 4-5
Crushed Black Pepper ½ tsp
Grated Cheese ½ cup
Paprika ½ tsp
Oil 2-3 tbsp
Salt to taste

Cooking Method:

Take a cooking pan add oil, heat the oil add 1-2 chopped tomatoes, 250 grams of boneless chicken (slices) fry when the chicken change its color add 1-2 strands of finely chopped spring onion, 4-5 chopped big green chilies, ½ tsp of crushed black pepper and to taste salt mix it well. Now add4-5 eggs mix it well when its cook turn it to the other side cook on both of the sides when its ready take it out in a baking dish and sprinkle ½ cup of grated mozzarella cheese bake the omlet for 3-5 minutes. At last take it out in a serving dish and sprinkle ½ tsp of paprika and serve it.

Chicken Cheese Paratha

Chicken Cheese Paratha

Ingredients:

Chicken Fillet 2
Cottage Cheese (grated) 1 packet
Black Pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Green Chilies (crushed) 4
Coriander Leaves (finely chopped) 1 bunch
Whole Wheat 2 cups
Oil (for frying) as required
Flour 2 tbsp
For Boiling Chicken:
Garlic 4 cloves
Black Pepper 4

Cooking Method:

Boil chicken fillets with 4 garlic cloves and 4 black pepper. Now finely chop chicken fillets
Knead 2 cups whole wheat with salt.
Mix together 1 packet cottage cheese, finely chopped chicken, crushed green chilies, 1 tsp crushed black pepper, 1 bunch finely chopped coriander leaves and salt .
NOow dissolve 2 tbsp flour in some water and keep it aside.
Roll small dough balls in the shape of a roti and spread ready chicken and cheese mixture in between. Now brush the edges of the roti with flour mixture and place another roti and seal the edges.
Heat tawa and cook roti from both sides with oil and serve hot wit chutney.

چوکور کٹی ہوئی شملہ مرچ   ایک عدد 
چوکور کٹی ہوئی پیاز    ایک عدد 
کٹے ہوئے ٹماٹر    ایک عدد 
چوکور کٹی ہوئی ہری مرچ    دو عدد 
پسی ہوئی رائی     ایک چائے کا چمچ 
پنیر     دو کپ 
بریڈ سلائس      چھ عدد 
کالی مرچ     ایک چائے کا چمچ 
نمک     حسب ذائقہ 



:ترکیب



ایک پیالے میں شملہ مرچ٬ ٹماٹر٬ پیاز٬ ہری مرچ اور رائی کا آمیزہ ملائیں- نمک اور کالی مرچ بھی ڈالیں- بریڈ کے سلائس کے اوپر یہ آمیزہ لگائیں اور اوپر پنیر کدو کش کر کے ڈالیں- اوون کو دو سو ڈگری پر گرم کریں- بریڈ سلائس اوون ٹرے پر رکھ کر پنیر کے پگھلنے تک بیک کریں- چلی گارلک ساس کے ساتھ گرم گرم پیش کریں-

Milk Bread


Ingredients

Milk 1/2 cup
Castor sugar 1 tbsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Plain flour 3 cups
Yeast 1/2 tbsp

Cooking Method

In a pan add milk, castor sugar, butter, yeast and salt.
Heat it lightly.
Add the above heated milk in plain flour and make its soft dough.
Grease a container and add the prepared dough in it.
Leave it for a while.
After that grease a double breadbox and place the dough in it, spread it.
Cover the box before placing it in the oven for 45 min at 357 degrees.
Take the bread out of oven.
Cover it well with some clean kitchen cloth, let it cool.
Once the bread cools down, take it out in a serving dish.
Brush it with milk and serve.

Eggless French Toast


Ingredients

Milk ½ cup (boiled)
Bread slices 4
Vanilla custard powder 2 tbsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Butter/oil for fry


Cooking Method

In a bowl mix custard powder and sugar in boiled milk.
Grease a non-stick frying pan with butter or oil. Dip bread slice quickly in milk mixture from both side and fry it until golden brown from both sides.
Note: In case you do not have custard powder replaces it with corn flour and ½ tsp vanilla essence.
