Crispy Chicken Sandwich


Ingredients:

Bread      1 cut into rounds with cutter
Mayonnaise     3 tbsp heaped
Black Pepper    ½ tsp
Salt       ½ tsp
Capsicum      3 tbsp cut into tiny cubes
Chicken (boiled and shredded)   1 cup
Eggs          1-2
Bread Crumbs       as required

Cooking Method:

Cut bread with round cutter, spread filling on one round of bread. Cover with 2nd round, dip in beaten egg and roll in bread crumbs. Shallow fry in frying pan till golden and crisp.

Tuscan Panini Sandwich


Ingredients

Boneless flattened chicken breast 2 (slice 1 breast in 2 pieces)
Garlic paste 2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
BBQ sauce 4 tbsp
Sriracha sauce 1 tbsp
Capsicum (sliced) 1
Tomato (slices) 3 to 4
Cream cheese 1/2 cup
Plain bread 8 slices
Lettuce leaves as required
For Pesto Sauce:
Basil Leaves 1 cup
Garlic (crushed) 1 tbsp
Green Chilies 3
Pine nuts 1/4 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper(coarsely crushed) 1 tsp
Oil 1/4 cup

Cooking Method

Method for Pesto: Blend all the ingredients together to make pesto sauce.
Marinate chicken breast with salt, pepper, garlic paste, BBQ sauce and sriracha sauce. Grease grill pan with 2 tbsp oil and grill chicken breast for 10 minutes. Remove from pan.
Add capsicum in same pan and sauté for 4-5 minutes.
Heat the bread slices in the greased grill pan.
Apply cream cheese then pesto sauce on all bread slices.
Place lettuce leaf over bread then tomato and capsicum, place chicken breast and cover with other bread slice.
Cut from center and serve.

Pakora Sandwich



Ingredients

Bread Slices 8
Potatoes ¼ kg (boiled and mashed)
Green coriander 2-3 tbsp (chopped)
Green chili 2 (chopped)
Salt 1 tsp
Chat masala 1 tsp
Chili flake 1 tsp
Whole coriander 1 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Pomegranate seed 1 tsp
For the Batter:
Gram flour 1 cup
Chili flake 1/2 tsp
Pomegranate seed ½ tsp
Chat masala 1 tsp
Cumin seed ½ tsp
Whole coriander ½ tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Water as required

Cooking Method

In a bowl add gram flour, chili flakes, pomegranate, chat masala, cumin seed, whole coriander and salt add water make thick batter.
In boiled potatoes add all ingredients pomegranate seeds, chili flake, cumin, whole coriander, chat masala, chopped green coriander and green chili, mix well
Cut rounds of breads with cutter and now cut half of each circles with help of knife.
Place potato mixture on half of each bread circle and spread evenly then place another half of bread slice press slightly.
Now dip into gram flour batter and deep fry.
Pakora sandwich is ready.
