Chicken Bread Rolls


Ingredients:

Chicken Mince 250 gm
Bread Slices 1
Egg Whites 2
Chopped Green Chilies 6
Boiled Potato ½ kg
Chopped Green Coriander 1 bunch
Bread Crumbs 1 packet
Cottage Cheese 1 Packet
Crushed Black Pepper 1 tsp
Corn Flour 1 tbsp
Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
Oil as required
Salt to taste

Cooking Method:

Boil and peel the potatoes and mash them.
Add in salt in chicken mince and cook to dry the water.
Add in the bread slices in the mince and chop it.
Add in 2 tbsp soya sauce, boiled potatoes, crushed black pepper, chopped green chilies, green coriander and 1 packet cottage cheese.
Make roll and dip them in egg and roll them in bread crumbs.
In the end, add in oil in the pan, deep fry the rolls and fry them till golden brown. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
