Khajoor Aur Imli ki Chutney


Ingredients:

Dates 12
Thick Tamarind Pulp 2 bowls
Jaggery 3 tbsp
Crushed Dry Ginger 2 tbsp
Roasted and Crushed White Cumin 1 tbsp
Crushed Red Chili 1 tbsp
Black Salt 1 pinch
Salt as required

Method:

For making date tamarind chatni, wash the dates and take out seeds from the dates and then blend it with tamarind pulp.
Now put it in a pan and add salt as required, 2 tbsp crushed dry ginger, 1 tbsp roasted and crushed white cumin, 1 tbsp crushed red chilies and 3 tbsp jaggery and cook it. Once the Jaggery melts, then add sugar in it. When it cools down, then add 1 pinch black pepper and salt as required.
Serve the yummy khajoor aur imli ki chutney with delicious meal
