Mix Herb Pakora



Ingredients:

2 cup gram flour
1/2 cup spinach sliced
1/4 cup spring onion chopped
1/4 cup fresh fenugreek leaves chopped
2 tbsp green coriander chopped
8-10 green chillies chopped
1 tbsp mint leaves chopped
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin seed crushed
2tsp dry coriander seed crushed
1 tsp red chilli flakes
2 pinch soda by carb
Water (to make batter)
Oil (for deep frying)

Cooking Method:

Mix gram flour, all spices, soda by carb in a bowl and use chilled water to make batter.
Now add all vegetables and mix , meanwhile heat oil for deep frying in a karahi.
Make medium size pakoras with the help of spoon and deep fry them untill golden brown.
Serve them with green chutney or any sweet sauce.
