Tandoori Murgh Pakora



Ingredients:

Chicken (10 pcs) ½ kg
Yogurt ½cup
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tsp
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
Tandoori Masala 1 tbsp heaved
Ingredient for batter:
Gram Flour 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Dried Mango Powder 1 tsp
Carom ½ tsp
Tandoori Masala 1 tbsp
Baking Powder ½ tsp
Water as required
Chaat Masala for garnishing

Cooking Method:

Give cuts on chicken.
Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, yogurt, lemon juice and Tandoori masala for 1 hour.
Make batter with all the given ingredients.
Add marinated chicken to batter, deep fry until crisp.
Put on a platter. Sprinkle chaat masala.
Tandoori Murgh Pakora is ready, serve with mint chatni.
