Haray Bharay Aalo


Ingredients:

Boiled potatoes ½ kg
Green coriander 2 bunches
Lemons 3
Green chilies 8
Black peppercorns 1 tsp
Oil as required
Salt to taste

Cooking Method:

In a pan, add in oil and addin chopped boil potatoes and deep fry them. When they are golden brown, take them out. Grind together green coriander, green chilies and 1 tsp black peppercorn and add it in the oil and fry. Add the potatoes and mix it. Then add in lemon juice. Haray bharay aalo are ready to serve.
