Vegetable Malai Kofta


Ingredients:

Boiled Potatoes 4
Peas ½ cup
Carrots 1
Mint Leaves 1 bunch
Green Leaves (chopped) 1 bunch
Green Chilies (chopped) 4
Long Green Chilies (chopped) 3
Bread Slices 2
Salt to taste
Egg Whites 2
Rice Flour 2 tsp
Black Pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
Seekh Kabab Masala 2 tbsp

For Gravy:

Onion 3
Yogurt ½ cup
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 2 tbsp
All Spice Powder 1 tsp
Chicken Cube 1
Oil 1 cup
Salt to taste
Fresh Cream ½ cup

Cooking Method:

Boil and mash the potatoes.
Chop together ½ cup peas and carrot.
In a bowl, add in mashed potato, peas, carrot, chopped green coriander, ½ bunch mint leaves, chopped green chilies, salt, 2 tbsp seekh kabab masala, 2 tbsp rice flour and bread slices.
Add in 1 tsp crushed black pepper and salt.
Grease your hands and make small balls out of it.
Dip them in egg white and shallow fry them.
In a pan, add in 1 cup oil, add in onion and fry them till they are golden brown. Take them out and dry them.
Mix it in the ½ cup yogurt.
Add in 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 knorr chicken cube and 1 tbsp red chili in yogurt and add it in the pan.
Cook it. Add in hot water and keep it to cook.
Then add in fresh cream and 3 chopped green chilies.
Then add in 1 tsp all spice powder, simmer it for 5 minutes.
In the end, garnish it with green coriander and mint leaves.
Vegetable Malai Kofta is Serve hot to your family.
