Egg Curry


Ingredients: 

Boiled Eggs 6
Coconut half
Yogurt 250 gms
Lemon Juice 4 tbsp
Button Red Chilies 6
Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Ginger Garlic (Chopped) 2 tsp
Red Chilies 1-1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Onions 2
Oil ½ cup

Cooking Method:

First slice onions , In a pan now heat oil add fry 2 onions until golden brown.
In a blender add yogurt and half coconut blend it.
When onion till golden brown add this turmeric, coriander powder,red chilies powder, coconut powder, yogurt mixture fry it.
After this add this 1 and half cup of water.
Remove from the stove add boiled eggs let it cook 5 to 8 minutes.
Delicious Egg Curry is ready.
