Stove Baked Cake


Ingredients:

Egg 3
Flour 2 cups
Icing Sugar 1-1/2 cup
Butter 200 grams
Baking Powder 1 tsp
Lemon Essence 1 tsp

Cooking Method:

In bowl add 1-1/2 cup icing sugar, 200 grams butter. Whipped together.
Whipped until it turns into cream then add 3 eggs along with 1 tsp lemon essence.
After this add 2 cup flour, 1 tsp baking powder, strain and add in mixture. Fold as required
Now mold the mixture and place saucepan on flame.
Place stand in between.
Also place cake mold and cook on low flame for half an hour.
In the end turn off the flame.
Stove baked cake is ready to serve.
