Zafrani Chicken Qorma


Ingredients:

Chicken (12 – 14 Pieces)
Yogurt 1 cup
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Deghi Red Chilies 4
White Vinegar Few Drops
Coriander Seeds 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
All Spice Powder 1 tsp
Saffron some
Khewra Few Drops
Black Cumin 1 tsp
Chopped Onions 3
Oil/ Clarified Butter 1 cup

Cooking Method:

Wash degi red chili, add in water and some vinegar and boil it.
Add in coriander seeds in Degi chilies and grind together.
In a pan, add in 1 cup oil and chopped onion. Fry till golden brown and take them out.
Add in chicken in oil and add in 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and salt. Cook till the water dries.
Blend 1 cup yogurt and add in onion.
Add it in chicken.
Add in red chili, coriander, all spice powder, cook it. And add in 2 cups hot water.
Add in black cumin and small cardamom. Grind it.
Simmer. Add in small cardamom, khewra, saffron.
When oil separates, Qorma is ready to serve.
