Stuffed Ladyfingers


Ingredients:

ladyfingers ½ kg
Oil 1/2 cup
Tamarind juice ½ cup
Fennel seeds 1 tbsp
White cumin 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds ½ tbsp
Coriander seeds 2 tbsp
Salt to taste

Cooking Method:

On a pan, roast fennel seeds, whole coriander, white cumin and mustard seeds until they are golden.
Then crush them together.
In a bowl add tamarind juice and crushed spices and form a thick paste.
Cut lady fingers length wise and stuff prepared mix in them.
In a pan, heat a cup of oil and fry stuffed ladyfingers.
Do not stir too much while ladyfingers are in the oil.
Sprinkle salt to taste in the end and serve with hot chapattis.
