Chinese Chicken Balls


Ingredients:

Chicken Mince ½ kg
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Corn Flour 2 tbsp
Chicken Powder 1 tbsp
Bread Slices 2
White Vinegar 2 tbsp
Crushed Black Pepper ½ tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Chopped Green Onion 2
Salt to taste
Egg 2
Oil to fry

For Sauce:
Chili Garlic Sauce ½ cup
Tomato Ketchup 1 cup
Jaggery 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Corn Flour 1 tbsp

Cooking Method:

Cut the corners of the bread slices and mix it with ½ kg chicken mince. Chop it together.
In a bowl, take out the chopperized mince.
Mix in cornflour, chicken cube flour, vingera, crushed black pepper and some salt.
Add in green onion and eggs. Mix it.
Make small balls and dip them in egg withite and fry.
In a frying pan, add in ½ cup chili garlic sauce, tomato ketchup, jiggery, salt and corn flour. Mix it and make a thick sauce.
Put the sauce in the dish. Add in chicken balls.
Garnish it with spring onions and serve.
