Moti Kheer


Ingredients

Rice 125 gm
Saffron ¼ tsp
Cinnamon powder a pinch
Laddu 2
Sugar 125 gm
Milk ½ liter
Khoya 125 gm
Almond 25 gm (chopped)
Pistachio 25 gm (chopped)
Cardamom powder ¼ tsp

Cooking Method

Boil rice with a little water and mash with a spoon.
In wok heat milk, add in almond, pistachio, boiled mashed rice and sugar.
Cook till thickens. Add khoya, cardamom powder, a pinch of cinnamon powder and saffron. Stir continuously till thickens.
Lastly crush laddu and add to the kheer mixture.
Dish it out and serve.
